SIDEC Grant - BusinessHR

The SME Digitalisation Matching Grant is an initiative provided by the Selangor Government to assist Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Selangor to digitise their businesses.

The Selangor government will provide a 50% matching grant, worth a total of RM5 million, or a maximum of RM5,000 for Selangor state SMEs to help them navigate through the pandemic.

How it works?

Submit your application and provide relevant documents through BusinessHR or directly to SIDEC website.

An email notification will be sent once it has been approved or rejected. This may take up to 21 working days.

FAQ

My business address isn’t in Selangor. Can I still participate?

The SME Digitalisation Matching Grant is only applicable to businessess registered or located in Selangor.

Can I submit my application if I own multiple companies?

Yes, however, you will have to submit a different application for each company that you own.

I am already an existing HReasily user, can I still apply for the grant?

Yes you can. As long as you are within the first year of usage.

I am an outsourcing partner, can my clients apply for the grant?

The grant only covers software subscription and not value added services offered by the Partner Firm/Company.

I’ve applied for another grant for the same service, can I still apply for this one?

You can only apply for this grant if it’s for a different service, so long as they’re an approved provider.
